One QR code issued during the initial setup after installation is used by all users. Each user should read it with the Authenticator app on their smartphone (or tablet). In this case, the user ID, login password, and one-time password for that shared computer will be the same.

[When multiple users use a shared PC]
Once the installation is complete, each user logs in individually, opens the settings screen to display the Authenticator linking QR code, and reads the QR code with the Authenticator app to complete the process.
In this case, the login user ID, login password, and one-time password for that shared PC will all be different.
*If Active Directory is configured, the presence of an administrator is required.

Yes.

You must be online when downloading the app, entering the applippli-key, and activating it.
Also, each customer has their own expiration date for monthly or yearly payments, so you should expect to be online at least once a month.
Even if you pay the monthly fee or renew your yearly payment on your My Page, if your PC remains offline for a long period of time, the expiration date will not be updated and you will no longer be able to use two-step authentication.

Once the purchase and payment for the applippli-key is complete, we will send you an email with the app download URL, your My Page URL, etc.
Important information such as license keys (activation keys) may only be posted on your My Page. Please access your My Page to check.

Please download and install the free-to-use “Microsoft Authenticator” or “Google Authenticator” on your smartphone or tablet.

When logging on to your PC, you will be asked to enter a one-time password (OTP) in addition to your usual username and password.

Please use your smartphone or tablet to enter the one-time password.

If you complete the login process within the time limit and are authenticated, your login will be successful.

*The one-time password will change every 30 seconds.

The username from the last time you logged in is stored as the username.

If you check “Save password” on the settings screen, you will only need to enter a one-time password.
